「Sure / Make Sure - 確信・確認・確実」 に関する 英単語 & イデオム
辞書を引くと、"確信している"、"自信がある" とある 形容詞の "Sure"。 "Sure, I'd happy to." - "はい。喜んで" のように、了解の返事として、副詞としても使われます。
I'm sure / I'm not sure
■ I'm pretty sure そうだと思う、確信している
ex) I'm pretty sure I'm less nervous than others.
他の人ほど 神経質になっていないと 思っている
pretty: to a moderately high degree
ex) I'm pretty sure I've seen that dress before.
